Our Journey to the Cloud has been driven by the needs of our key stakeholders in the medical community.
The need to extend care to the first point of contact on the telephone, and to ensure that a patient’s experience can be the best it can be is first and foremost.
It’s all about the Cloud
With a rich history as early adopters of the delivery of Hosted telephony services and the acquisition of the Surgery Connect platform in 2022, our journey to the Cloud has run concurrently across all areas of the business. We have been talking to our customers about how the future of communications is in the Cloud for a long time, and the past two years during the Global Pandemic have only accelerated this.
The world has moved on, and upwards, to the Cloud for everything from email, office documentation, CRMs, contracts and an ever-increasing percentage of day-to-day meetings.
Mark Shraga, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
We now feel that it is time to recognise that the Cloud is no longer the future, it is the here and now. We believe in this so much that we all updated our logos to reflect our commitment to the Cloud in 2021 and it forms the basis of our branding with the wider Southern Communications Group -SCG.
As a business that has strong growth from both direct customer engagement and a highly successful research and development model, we have been innovating many of the products that we sell.
Our service offering is all about delivering on an experience by design, underpinned by our Service Assurance Promise.
Our Cloud Promise Commitment
It is our commitment that you can be completely assured of the level of service you will receive wherever you see our cloud outline attached to a Southern Communications Group company.
Our ongoing commitment to evolve the way that we communicate doesn’t stop here.
Exciting new developments are always in the pipeline, always with the focus of enabling businesses to take change in their stride, secure in the knowledge that they made the right decision to partner with us.
